- 哥本哈根的Geranium餐廳被評(píng)為"2022年The World's Best Restaurant"，評(píng)選活動(dòng)由S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna贊助
- 2022年榜單今晚在倫敦舉行的頒獎(jiǎng)典禮上公布，其中包括來(lái)自全球五大洲24個(gè)地區(qū)的餐廳，有12家餐廳首次上榜，此外還有兩家再度入圍的餐廳

- 柏林Coda餐廳的René Frank獲得The World's Best Pastry Chef Award

由大廚Rasmus Kofoed和侍酒師索Søren Ledet主理的Geranium餐廳在2021年The World's 50 Best Restaurants榜單中名列第二位，今年則接替Noma餐廳成為第一名。Noma餐廳現(xiàn)已晉升至Best of the Best榮譽(yù)殿堂。Geranium的使命是創(chuàng)造喚醒感官的美食，而廚師Kofoed精益求精的烹飪和超凡遠(yuǎn)見(jiàn)，包括他最近做出的素食決定，都為他贏得了全世界的贊譽(yù)和眾多粉絲。與Geranium并列前三名的還有利馬的Central（No.2）和巴塞羅那的Disfrutar（No.3）。
