上海2021年11月8日 /美通社/ -- 凱悅酒店集團宣布,已完成對Apple Leisure Group(以下簡稱:ALG)的收購。ALG是行業(yè)領(lǐng)先的休閑旅游和度假村品牌管理公司,收購前為KKR和KSL Capital Partners, LLC的附屬公司所有。

ALG旗下AMR Collection品牌組合在10個國家和地區(qū)經(jīng)營著約100家酒店和度假村,此外在美洲和歐洲還有24家酒店和度假村正在籌備中。隨著ALG的加入,凱悅?cè)蚨燃俅宀季謱U大一倍。借此,目前凱悅擁有全球規(guī)模最大的全包式奢華度假村品牌組合之一,并將業(yè)務足跡拓展到阿卡普爾科、庫拉索島、加那利群島、梅諾卡島和圣馬丁島等全新目的地。此次收購將使凱悅的品牌足跡擴展到歐洲的11個新市場,從而將集團在歐洲的品牌布局擴大了60%。這大大加強了凱悅在歐洲這個休閑旅游關(guān)鍵市場的增長潛力。
