中國哈爾濱2016年8月29日電 /美通社/ -- 中國鑫達塑料有限公司（納斯達克股票代碼：CXDC，“中國鑫達”或“公司”），一家在中國主要從事汽車專用高分子復合材料研發(fā)、生產及銷售的領先特種化工企業(yè)，今天宣布公司的子公司鑫達控股（香港）有限公司于2016年8月22日與渣打銀行（香港）牽頭的銀團簽訂了總金額1.8億美元的銀團貸款協議（“貸款協議”）。
根據貸款協議，銀團貸款的資金將被用于之前董事會所批準的2019年到期年息為11.75%的1.5億美金輝海有限公司債券的贖回。銀團貸款由公司、輝海有限公司、鑫達（香港）貿易有限公司、迪拜鑫達公司擔保。
